Jeremy Mims started his career in the construction industry in 1996. Four years later, he joined the United States Air Force, serving in multiple theatres during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Following his time in the Air Force, he worked as a project engineer/project manager assistant for the construction of multi-family projects, a project manager/estimator for Wade Construction Group and in quality control/construction inspection for the U.S. Department of the Interior and U.S. Bureau of Reclamation.
Today, Jeremy’s main focus as vice president of operations is managing field operations for concrete and excavation projects, which includes oversight of approximately 20 employees. He has worked on 36 excavation projects and approximately 30 structural concrete projects, including parking garages, slab on grade, commercial tilt wall, multifamily, and assisted living. He is committed to being honest and transparent with every project and enjoys finding a solution to any obstacles.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in construction science from Texas A&M – Commerce. He is married to his wife, Karessa, and they have two children.
